They represent the Sun God Ra, the Egyptians’ greatest deity; the creator of humanity, the source of all heat and light, the being on which man was totally dependent.
An Egyptian obelisk sits in front of the Pantheon of ancient Rome, which housed statues of their pagan gods. The obelisk was originally constructed by Pharaoh Ramses II for the Temple of Ra in Heliopolis. It was brought to Rome in ancient times where it was used near a shrine to the Egyptian god Isis.
The Pantheon was dedicated to pan theos, meaning “all the gods.” When it became a Roman Catholic Church, it was dedicated to the Virgin Mary and all the martyrs.
The most well-known Egyptian obelisk was re-erected in 1586 A.D., in front of St. Peter’s Basilica. It is surrounded by a sun wheel, with the points lining up with the Vernal Equinox, the Summer Solstice and the Winter Solstice.

Jesus founded the Catholic Church???? I think I pee on myself laughing so hard. I can not in my life ever ever imagine Jesus sitting surround by all the gold and wealth and luxury like the pope. That is so opposite of what he taught lived and stood for. Jesus was more like the the common man than anything. What about the scriptures telling us not to call one Father, etc..? I can see Jesus using the rack, lead sprinkler or burning someone alive for position of the Bible or questioning him.

He found that what they teach opposes the Word of God, that they are an apostate Church, a Harlot Church, and that they were delegated to the man-made outer court of the Temple of God, which is the body of Christ. In other words, they are not part of the temple of God, the body of Christ. to the OP, we aren’t taught to not read the Bible, we are actually encouraged to do so, we are also taught to question the leaders of the Church, but also to follow them out of filial love and obedience, also if you actually look at the person of Luther, he isn’t the best person to take any model of beliefs from, he was always in confession (something they don’t teach you in any protestant Church) he was almost addicted to confession and he wrote to his friends about the consistency of his faecal matter, this is the person you are saying is a prophet against the “Harlot Church” he only ever protested against the sale of indulgences, never against the Sacraments or the Heirarchy, in his 95 theses he even promoted the office of the Pope, please learn your history David.

I know history thanks, and I know that the Popes of Rome worked relentlessly to eliminate the Two Witnesses against it, the Scriptures and the saints. I know the Messiah had Catholic Monk Martin Luther read the Scriptures and compare what the Popes of Rome taught against them. And Luther found that the Papal Church is an apostate Church, and that they are the Gentiles which are delegated to the outer court of the Temple, which means they are not the true Church. altered the ten commandments . originally the commandment do not desire another mans property and commit adultery actually was in the same sentence and make no graven images or bow before them was removed which kinda makes sense . why do they make soo many statues

You’re welcome Mariana! Great points about the 10 Commandments, for they obviously have changed the Word of God to fit their idolatrous theology. They deny worshiping idols, yet I’ve seen many photos of Catholics and Popes bowing before a graven image of Mary. Look at any Catholic Church and there are graven images.
